We want you to feel confident in your ZOVI frames. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include the original case, microfiber cloth, sleeve, and packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original accessories may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide further return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
